Check-in and race day registration opens at 7:00 A.M.

Last minute entries are welcome. Late entrants are not guaranteed a spot to race in their exact event category, but scores will be recorded with the correct event.

Weigh-Ins

Weigh-ins will be held on race day beginning at 7:00am.

Any competitor failing to make weight will race in his/her original time slot, but the score will then count in the OPEN division of that particular event.

All lightweights and coxswains may weigh-in at any time prior to, but no later than, 1 hour before the start of their event.

Rowers

  • Men: 165 pounds or less
  • Women: 135 pounds or less

Coxswains

  • Men: 130 pounds or less
  • Women: 120 pounds or less

Awards

Medals will be awarded for 1st place and ribbons will be awarded for 2nd and 3rd place. We encourage you to attend the awards ceremonies scheduled throughout the day. If you must leave early please notify the check-in table as to where you would like your award mailed.

Team Challenge Champions Trophy -- The winning team of eight will have their team name engraved on this perpetual trophy which is displayed at the Pocock Rowing Center.

Please Note:

If you enter the lightweight division of an event, you will be eligible to win a prize only as a lightweight. In other words, we will not be awarding multiple medals to one athlete (even if, for example, a lightweight's score puts him or her among the top three open weight rowers in his or her event).
